Job Functions/Duties/Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed sales and profit goals
- Manage the location’s controllable expenses
- Manage day to day operation of the business
- Maintain a clean, in stock, and organized retail sales / warehouse environment
- Communicate and follow up to ensure daily goals are accomplished
- Planning, promoting and coordinating sales events with vendors and sales team
Education/Skills and Experience Required
- High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 45 Hour minimum work week to include Saturdays and occasional Sundays
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of successful retail management
- Ability to coach/counsel others to success
- Strong computer skills:; including Microsoft Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word
