Shipping
All orders with merchandise totals under $15.00 and under 20 lbs will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation unless otherwise requested. (Additional charges will apply).
Most items over $15.00 are shipped ground
which takes from 3 to 7 business days. Make sure you give us a street address, NOT
a post office box address. Also make sure that the address you use is occupied by
someone during the day who can sign for the order - this is a safety precaution
due to the nature of our products.
ALL RESTRICTED ITEMS ARE SHIPPED TO YOUR DEPARTMENT ADDRESS. ALL ITEMS ON A
RESTRICTED ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE DEPARTMENT AS WELL. YOU MUST PROVIDE
A CURRENT DEPARTMENT TELEPHONE NUMBER TO VERIFY EMPLOYMENT FOR RESTRICTED
ITEMS.
Also include a phone number so the express company can contact you about
delivery if there is a problem. We offer Express Shipping for an additional
cost if you need something fast.

Occasionally some orders may require additional shipping charges because of
