The Stinger comes ready to use. Simply pull/slide the Stinger across the road. It will automatically open and expand. After the suspect drives over the Stinger, just pull the rope, the spike unit will come off the road in one piece. There is no flying debris for patrol vehicles to dodge or for officers to clean up.
