Due to the laws concerning firearm sales and transfer in some states, we regret that we can not sell to individual officers and departments in those states. While we are committed to provide the best service possible in your firearm purchase, we must insist on following the laws that govern weapon transfer in your locality.
- We cannot ship to individual officers in California , Massachusetts , Maryland , New Jersey and Pennsylvania . This list is subject to change.
- We are not able to make sales to individuals or departments in California .
GLOCK Sales in Texas : Due to our contract with Glock the following Texas customers can purchase Glock pistols from GT:
- Law Enforcement and Correction Officers, Cadets, and Agencies
- Licensed Security Officers or Agencies
- Military Personnel-active duty, retired, and reserve
- EMS Personnel
- Fire Personnel
- TSA Personnel
- Commercial Pilots
GLOCK Sales in Georgia : Sales in our Georgia location are restricted to individuals meeting the above criteria (no agencies) and must be picked up over the counter.
Sales of Sig Sauer and Smith & Wesson weapons are limited to Law enforcement and Military personnel.
Sales of Weapon Magazines:
Residents of the following Cities/States may not purchase magazines over 10 rounds. If an order is placed for a magazine over 10 rounds, the order will be canceled and not shipped to the following States/Cities -
California, DC, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New York, Toledo OH
These Cities/States can not purchase over 12 rounds
Chicago, IL
These Cities/States can not purchase over 15 rounds
New Jersey, Cincinnati OH, Aurora IL
These Cities/States can not purchase over 20 rounds
Maryland, Cleveland and Columbus OH.
